The SEMF Addendum 2025-2026 is now available! Head on over to our Addendum/Program page and download the Addendum and any Entry forms you may need. These will give you all the information you need to enter our festival. Deadline is December 1st, 2025 for all entries.
The Provincial Syllabus 2015 Edition is the current syllabus the Southeastern Manitoba Festival uses. You must follow the rules and class numbers/names from this Provincial Syllabus when filling out entry forms. The SEMF Addendum is available October 1st each year for no cost and has the specific information and changes for SEMF. Both documents are mandatory to use when filling out entry forms.
