SEMF has been made aware that our post office box has not been accepting any mail and has returned some entries to our participants. We’re looking into these issues next week, but in the meantime please have your students resubmit any mailed entries (returned to sender or not) via email or fax.
Entries can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or faxed to 204-434-6159. Payment for these entries can be made either by etransfer (preferred) or cash/cheque drop off.
Etransfer payments can be sent to email@example.com. The answer to the security question should be “festival”. Please note on your entry if you’re paying via etransfer.
If you need to pay by cash or cheque, please call or text me at 204-392-6537 to make arrangements.
The entry deadline for these submissions will be December 16, but please get them in as soon as possible.
