Entry Forms

  • All entries for SEMF 2012 must be received by December 1, 2011.
  • All entries must be hand delivered in the festival dropbox at the Cultural Arts Centre by December 1st at midnight, or postmarked by December 1st.
  • Entry forms are included with the 2011 – 2012 Addendum which will be available at these Steinbach locations beginning October 1 2011:
    • Steinbach Cultural Arts Centre, 304 2nd Street
    • Musical Directions, Steinbach Shoppers Plaza, beside Extra Foods.
  • There are separate entry forms for solos, ensembles, groups, dance and choirs.

For more information, pick up a brochure at the Steinbach Cultural Arts Centre or print out our membership form and mail it to SEMF, Box 3334, Steinbach, MB R5G 1P6. (Memberships are $25.00 and must be received by December 1 to receive the Festival Program and Pass for the following season).

Rules & Regulations

  • The Southeastern Manitoba Festival is a member of the Associated Manitoba Arts Festivals. AMAF publishes a Provincial Syllabus listing the rules and regulations for member festivals, and the classes available to participants at the local, provincial and national levels. The current Provincial Syllabus you must use is the 2010 Edition.
  • The Southeastern Manitoba Festival follows the rules and regulations as outlined in the Provincial Syllabus. In addition SEMF annually publishes its own Addendum to the Provincial Syllabus. There is no charge for the SEMF Addendum. It will be available online beginning October 1 each year or may be picked up at these Steinbach locations:

  • The Provincial Syllabus can be purchased for $15 at the locations listed above, or:
