The Provincial Syllabus 2010 Edition is the current syllabus the Southeastern Manitoba Festival uses. You must follow the rules and class numbers/names from this Provincial Syllabus when filling out entry forms. The SEMF Addendum is available October 1st each year for no cost and has the specific information and changes for SEMF. Both documents are mandatory to use when filling out entry forms.
